Lev Ingman was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan(Former USSR) and came to America in 1989. Lev grew up in Los Angeles and went to UC Berkeley to study Integrative Biology. He owned an aquarium consultancy for several years but now just consults in his free time. He currently resides in San Francisco and hopes to one day dive in all the giant aquariums around the world.
